Win! PDMAs + Boomtick = Game, Set, Match

Boomtick is super happy (and humbled) to announce another clean sweep at the Perth Dance Music Awards, held on Sunday 12 December 2010 at the Rosemount.

The ceremony received a bigger than ever turnout - proving the Perth dance music scene is alive, kicking and, quite frankly, gagging for it :)

We're very proud to take out the awards in every category we were nominated:

• Best Club = Ambar
• Best Club Night = Japan 4
• Best Event = Breakfest (8th year in a row!)

We'd also like to send a huge congratulations to our extended family and their respective wins:

• Best Breakbeat DJ = Micah
• Best Female DJ = Mono Lisa
• Best Label = Grits n Gravy (Philly Blunt)

The night also saw our Head Honcho, Liam Mazzucchelli, formally inducted into the inaugural Hall of Fame. Massive props - a well deserved win (even if we do say so ourselves!).

All in all, a great evening and muchos props have to go to the Perth Dance Music Awards committee: Petar, Liz, Lisa, Dart and Blend. Fantastic job team!
