SEE THE WORLD THROUGH FUZZY EYES – NEW FREE IPHONE APP FOR PARKLIFE!

The Fuzzy iPhone application is available to download right now! The app automatically knows what city the user is in and only displays information relevant for that venue and event. With 2010 marking the 10th birthday of Parklife, the new development will be a much welcomed addition to the festival that already boasts a line-up including Missy Elliott, The Dandy Warhols, Groove Armada, 2many DJs, Kele from Bloc Party and dozens more.
“The Fuzzy app is more than just news and event information, it’s a living, breathing interactive festival guide designed to help our customers make the most of an amazing day. We’ve thought about the common needs and challenges for people at festivals and designed the app specifically for the festival environment,” says Fuzzy’s Ticketing and Customer Service Manager John-Paul Talbot.
Parklife customers will be able to get directions to the festival from where they stand. The application allows the user to browse their favourite artists by stage, set time or name and bookmark them to their festival planner. This can then be shared on facebook to ensure that their friends never miss an act and remain together at the event.
The app also remembers things like the last page the user visited so that they’re not jumping through menus at a festival. Most importantly, it’s simple to use and fun to explore, and once downloaded is fully functional without requiring mobile reception.
The Fuzzy iPhone app is now available for FREE in the iTunes store and via the App store!
