Just like the Boomtick iPhone App is here to make your Boomtick Events experience super-easy, these FAQs are here to make your Boomtick iPhone App experience easy peasy.

I’ve bought a ticket through the App, do I need to print out the ticket on the night?
No.
Just show the Moshtix staff at the venue the ticket on your phone - Moshtix can scan your phone screen!

What is a QR Code and how do I use it
QR Codes are a new type of barcode which, once scanned, can take you to webpages, promotions, videos and music downloads.
To read a QR code, you need a QR Scanner on your phone.

Where can I get a QR Scanner?
The Boomtick App come equipped with a fast QR Code Scanner. Handy!

What are the benefits of joining the Boomtick Mailing List?
As you download the App to your iPhone, you’ll be prompted to join the Boomtick Mailing List. If you agree, you’ll receive a weekly installment of Boomtick News full of the latest Boomtick, Villa, Ambar, Parklife and Breakfest news and exclusive offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time.

Will there be an Android version of the Boomtick App?
The iPhone is the most popular mobile device in Australia, so we focused on that first up. If enough people are interested in an Android version, it’s certainly something we’d look into.

My App is displaying past events on the Home Page – I can't see any new events

The best thing to do is refresh your App. Here’s how.

App Navigation Bar disappears when switching between Apps
As with all technical things, the best thing to do is turn your iPhone off then on again.

The App does not load on my iPad
The App was built with iPhones in mind, so while an iPad can download the App – it won’t get the most optimised experience. You may experience some issues with functionality, and if they do occur, we recommend deleting the App and re-installing.
