Oli

Oli began his love of Electronic music as a teen and as soon as he was old enough began spending his weekends in nightclubs.

This led to his desire to own the music being played in these clubs and at this time the only way to do this was to buy records and he began collecting.

Soon the desire to start mixing them together and so began his love affair with vinyl and turntables. Oli got his first residency at truly legendary day club, Vinous, which opened at 5am as all the true music enthusiasts came out.

Oli secured numerous gigs at clubs and bars around Perth playing anything from Deep House to Breakbeat, before landing a residency as one of only four at Subiaco’s iconic Under the Sea. The next step on his journey was to be booked as one of the few resident DJ’s at Geisha in 2004 playing House, as well as being booked to play breaks as legendary night Backbeat.

Since then he has developed a love for all Genres and encompasses anything in sets including, House, Tech, Breakbeat. It was the love for the latter which finally graduated him into his deserved slot amongst the best in Perth at Ambar as part of the Japan 4 family in 2009.
