It’s that time again for the notorious Japan 4 presents series, bringing you some of the finest talent from across Australia. It’s been too long but never fear, Dopamine is back, baby!

With support from a slew of artists that we know and love including John Acquaviva, Chris Liebing, Meat Katie, Elite Force, Dylan Rhymes and Plump DJ's, Dopamine is an internationally recognised Australian producer who sure does get around – he’s even played at the legendary Burning Man in the heart of the Nevada Desert. Dopamine has releases out on Hell Yeah, In Stereo, Definitive, Lot49, Vacation Records, U&A Recordings, TCR and Title Fight Recordings and let’s not forget that Breakspoll Award a few years back for that dance floor hit ‘Hold You’.

This will be a busy year for Dopamine with the launch of his brand new imprint to release his music, aptly titled Disconnected Audio. The new label will showcase where he's been heading for a few years now, techno. With a few diversions along the way, techno has always been at the root of Matt's musical journey. In August of this year Dopamine will release his debut mix compilation on Lot49, jam packed with 16 exclusive Lot49 tracks and remixes.
