The year’s officially underway, and what better to keep things rolling than with a HUGE launch party from Destination?
 Make your way to Ambar on Friday, February 26th for the official launch of the new Destination? label, touring and events agency and website. Featuring a night of funky and furious tracks from Destination? signed artists, spun by Perth’s elite of the elite, this will be the celebration to catapult you into the decade of decadence (decadance?).
Yes, the crew at Destination? have certainly been busy over the past few years. What started out as a regular club night has grown to an agency/label releasing tracks on the world-renowned Beatport and DJDownload Digital Music Stores while bringing across massive names such as Miles Dyson, Santiago & Bushido, Rico Tubbs and Foamo. The Destination? nights have also featured local legends such as Danny T and Wongo, The Hump Day Project and Brain Matters.
On the label side of things, Destination? has a whopping 13 pages of releases on Beatport and DJDownload, with more added on the regular. With original tracks from artists such as Nathan Boon, Calvertron and WoNK, plus a whole bunch of remixes by the likes of The Bulgarian, NAPT and Aniki, it’s not hard to see why Destination? recently hit #1 on the DJDownload charts!
Keeping the crowd clubbing until the early hours of the morning on the 26th will be none other than Perth’s own Signal Drivers and Philly Blunt! Both have a mass of releases out on the Destination? label and are amongst the most well-known DJs around town.
If you haven’t caught Philly Blunt at one of his many performances around Perth, then you’d surely recognise him from his infamous ‘Bootleg’ nights at Ambar with Ben Mac! A masterful control of funky breaks, house and tech has seen Philly WOW crowds at all hours of the night all across Australia.
Supporting these two titans of the turntables will be Grantley Hyde and James Francis with Rikaché and Brockman keeping the night rocking.
